Aphobias

Okay, so lately i've been wanting to start drawing people digitally. My problem is that i really don't know how to use the photoshop tools and things like that. I also get this "writers block" feeling, and don't move forward with anything. Or decide on a concept i want. --- Rant kinda over. I wanna know what helps someone get into a concept and how i can start learning how to draw digitally and begin to practice on drawing people and creatures digitally.

II worked incredibly hard on this picture, probably about a week or so of school days or more. Really proud of it.This was a class assignment where i didn't "listen" to what the teacher told me to do and branched out while staying on topic and still getting an A. First Digital art piece that i've ever done. Probably my first proportional drawing of a "human" that i've done that i really like. My favorite shading piece of done during classes ;D. I've only been on deviant art for a while and it's really cool and super easy to see tons of peoples work.
